Get justice against Johnson & Johnson

They knew, they lied, we pay the price. Studies have proven that talcum powder contained asbestos that could have caused ovarian, mesothelioma, fallopian tube and peritoneal cancer.

Johnson & Johnson continued to sell its talcum powder for years despite knowing since the 1970’s of its potential cancer risks. They only stopped selling it in the UK in 2023.

If you or a loved one used Johnson & Johnson talc for over five years and developed cancer, you might be eligible for compensation.

What is the Talc Scandal?

Tens of thousands of people may have been affected by the talc scandal.

Many have developed cancer and been subjected to unnecessary trauma and distress due to Johnson and Johnson's negligence while sadly many others have lost loved ones to talc-related cancer.

The US-based multi-national corporation knew as early as the 1970s that asbestos in its talc products was dangerous but failed to warn consumers and carried on producing and selling the products in the UK until as recently as 2023.
